User acquisition specialist

Run day-to-day acquisition for ivysociete.com and ivso.me.

We're hiring a user acquisition specialist to run the day-to-day acquisition work for ivysociete.com and ivso.me. You'll own execution: paid channels where they're available to us, SEO experiments, partnerships, affiliate programs, and the testing needed to find what works. You'll work closely with the growth marketing manager on strategy and with engineering on landing pages and tracking.

About the role

The platforms operate in the adult industry. Mainstream paid channels are mostly closed to us. The work is more about adult-friendly ad networks, SEO, partnerships, and owned channels than about scaling Meta. If that's a fit for how you like to work, the role will keep you busy.

What you'll do

  • Run acquisition campaigns across the channels open to us: adult-friendly ad networks, SEO, partnerships, affiliates, content distribution.
  • Build, test, and iterate on landing pages and conversion paths with engineering.
  • Track funnel metrics from impression through registration and verification.
  • Maintain the experiment backlog. Bring suggestions on what to try next, with the data to back them.
  • Help with creative: copy, imagery briefs, and ad variants within brand guidelines.
  • Report weekly on what shipped, what worked, and what didn't.

What we're looking for

  • Two to four years in user acquisition, performance, or digital marketing on a consumer product.
  • Comfortable owning a metric and being held to it.
  • Comfortable in a sensitive category. Sex work is work; we don't moralise about it.
  • Strong written communication. Clear, concise updates.
  • Curious. Willing to learn the channels we use, including the ones that are new to you.

Useful, not required

  • Experience with adult-friendly ad networks: TrafficJunky, ExoClick, EroAdvertising, or similar.
  • SEO experience, including technical and content.
  • Comfort with analytics tools and basic SQL.

How we work

We're a small Australian team. The company is independently owned and operated. Melbourne is preferred for in-person work some of the time; remote within Australia is fine. Compensation is competitive for the level and discussed up front.

How to apply

Send a short note about what you've done and what you're looking for to careers@ivy.media. Examples of work you've owned, including what didn't work, are more useful than a CV. We read every email.
