We're hiring a growth marketing manager to lead acquisition and lifecycle marketing for ivysociete.com and ivso.me. You'll own how new advertisers find the platforms, decide to register and verify, and keep coming back. You'll plan and run the work across SEO, content, partnerships, lifecycle email, and the paid channels that are open to us.
About the role
The platforms operate in the adult industry. Most mainstream paid channels are closed to us. That makes the work harder, more interesting, and more dependent on owned channels, organic reach, and partnerships. We're not looking for someone who'll spend the first month asking why we don't run Meta ads.
What you'll do
- Own the growth roadmap for ivysociete.com and ivso.me. SEO, content, partnerships, lifecycle, and paid where channels permit.
- Define the metrics that matter: registrations, verified profiles, advertiser activations, retention. Report on them honestly.
- Plan and run experiments. Decide what to keep, what to drop, and what to try next.
- Work with engineering and design on growth-related product changes: landing pages, onboarding, pricing.
- Coordinate with operations on lifecycle communication and reactivation.
- Help shape how the platforms speak to workers and clients, within the existing brand voice.
What we're looking for
- Around five years in growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing on a consumer or marketplace product. Title doesn't matter; track record does.
- Comfortable working across the full funnel, not only the channel you specialise in.
- Comfortable in a sensitive category. Sex work is work; we don't moralise about it. If that's a problem, this role isn't for you.
- Strong written communication. Most of what we do happens in writing.
- Independent. We don't manage closely.
Useful, not required
- Experience marketing in regulated or sensitive categories: adult, gambling, alcohol, dating, fintech, healthtech.
- SEO depth, including technical and content. We rely on organic.
- Comfort writing copy yourself when needed.
How we work
We're a small Australian team. The company is independently owned and operated. Melbourne is preferred for in-person work some of the time; remote within Australia is fine. Compensation is competitive for the level and discussed up front.
